The previously announced A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof revealed three additional cast members joining the anime at Anime Japan 2025: Yui Ogura as Aoko Yoshida, M・A・O as Fumiko Kusagakure, and Kyoka Moriya as Michiru Kusagakure. The character designs were also revealed:
Voice actors Haruna Mikawa, Kana Hanazawa, and Yu Serizawa were present at the anime’s stage.

Studio SHAFT is animating with Yukihiro Miyamoto as director. Fuyashi To is in charge of the series composition, Kazuya Shiotsuki on character design and is the chief animation director, and Ryunosuke Kasai is composing the music. You can watch the previously revealed trailer below.
A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof anime is based on a manga by HundredBurger has been serialized in Kadokawa’s Comic Dengeki DaiohG magazine website since August 2021.
The comedy story follows an ignorant ninja (Satoko) and a high school girl assassin (Konoha) who start living together.
