My Happy Marriage Season 2 has announced a delay for Episode 12 (Episode 25 overall) due to production issues. Instead of March 24, the episode will air in Japan on March 31, while the updated Netflix streaming schedule will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.

My Happy Marriage Season 2 began with Episode 1 on January 6. The story continued after the Episode 13 OVA, which was released on Netflix on November 22 last year. The voice cast for the My Happy Marriage anime consists of the following members:
- Reina Ueda as Miyo Saimori
- Kaito Ishikawa as Kiyoka Kudo
- Ayane Sakura as Kaya Saimori
- Yoko Hikasa as Hazuki Kudo
- Hiro Shimono as Yoshito Godo
- Houko Kuwashima as Yurie
- Kana Ueda as Kanoko Saimorii
- Ryohei Kimura as Arata Tsuruki
- Haruka Tomatsu as Kaoruko Jinnochi
Akumi Agitogi writes the My Happy Marriage light novel, which was initially published on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website. Fujimi L Bunko later acquired the title in January 2019 and began publishing it with illustrations by Tsukiho Tsukioka. There is also a manga adaptation by Rito Kohsaka.
Yen Press licensed the novel in English, while Square Enix licensed the manga. The franchise got a live-action film adaptation in March 2023 as well.
The story follows Miyo Saimori, who lives with a stepmother that abuses her due to having no supernatural ability despite being from a famous family. As she is talentless, her family decides to sell her off to the cold Kiyoka Kudo, who is notorious for his cruelty. However, her life drastically changes after meeting her fiancé, and Miyo begins to awaken her abilities while also growing closer to Kiyoka.
