KADOKAWA has officially launched a 10th anniversary project for the Bungo Stray Dogs anime series, which first aired in April 2016. The project will celebrate the series’ decade-long run in April 2026 with a year-long series of events and collaborations leading up to the anniversary.
To commemorate the occasion, KADOKAWA unveiled the official 10th anniversary logo and announced a slate of twelve “Pre-Celebration Projects” that will roll out monthly throughout 2025 and through April 2026. The first three initiatives have been revealed alongside the logo.

All-Night Screening Events
The celebration will begin in April 2025 with all-night screening events of the anime’s earlier seasons.
Season 1 Screening

Chuya Nakahara Memorial Museum Collaboration – 3rd Edition
The third edition of the Bungo Stray Dogs collaboration with the Chuya Nakahara Memorial Museum will be held from May 8 to June 30, 2025, in Yamaguchi Prefecture, japan. The exhibition returns after a seven-year hiatus and will feature a panel exhibition, photo spots, and original merchandise available at Animate Hofu.
Additional events include a themed café and collaborative exhibits at the Yuda Onsen Tourist Hub “Kitsune no Ashi Ato,” along with a regional stamp rally.

Kadokawa Bunko Collaboration Cover Project
Returning for its ninth year, the Kadokawa Bunko collaboration project will feature two new Bungo Stray Dogs-themed book covers, scheduled for release in June 2025. Further information will be announced at a later date.
Natsume-sensei’s Wandering Journey
A new initiative, “Natsume-sensei’s Wandering Journey,” will launch on April 1, 2025. The calico cat character from the anime will make surprise appearances in Animate stores across Japan and overseas as part of a promotional campaign running throughout the year.

About Bungo Stray Dogs
Bungo Stray Dogs (Literary Stray Dogs) is a manga series written by Kafka Asagiri and Sango Harukawa. It has been serialized in Kadokawa’s Young Ace magazine since 2012. The series has multiple light novels, manga spin-offs, and live-action stage plays. Studio Bones is handling the animation of the series, which caught up to the manga after the latest season. Season 5 ended with Episode 11, but a continuation was already teased after the finale. You can see the main staff and cast from Season 5 below.
