The previously announced The Holy Grail of Eris anime revealed a new visual and trailer along with two additional cast members on Friday. Yohei Azakami and M・A・O are joining the cast as Randolph Ulster and Lily Aulamunde respectively. The release date is still unknown.
Studio Ashi Productions is animating the series with Morita to Jumpei as director. Kenichi Yamashita is handling the series composition and scripts while Chie Kawaguchi is designing the characters. The main cast consists of the following:
- Sayumi Suzushiro as Scarlett Castiel
- Kana Ichinose as Constance “Connie” Grail
The Holy Grail of Eris is a Japanese light novel series written by Kujira Tokiwa and illustrated by Yuunagi. It began serialization online in October 2017 on the user-generated novel publishing site Shosetsuka ni Naro. SB Creative later acquired the series, publishing four volumes between November 2019 and March 2022 under their GA Novel imprint.
A manga adaptation, illustrated by Hinase Momoyama, has been serialized online through Square Enix’s Manga Up! website since November 2019. Additionally, a new edition of the novel series by the same author and illustrator will begin publication under Drecom’s DRE Novels imprint in November 2024.
Yen Press is licensing the light novel in English and describes the story:
