TO BE HERO X animated series revealed a special character story trailer introducing The Johnnies, the Rank 5 heroes that consist of Little Johnny and Big Johnny. This follows the trailers for the lower-ranked Nice (Rank 10), E-Soul (Rank 9) and Ahu (Rank 8), Lucky Cyan (Rank 7) and Loli (Rank 6).
The series is co-produced by Aniplex, Bilibili, and BeDream, with Studio LAN and Paper Plane Animation animating. Crunchyroll is set to stream the series worldwide.
The Johnnies’ trailer features their theme song “growL.” Misaki Umase composed and arranged the song, while it was written by cAnON and performed by J.Rio.
Yoshitsugu Matsuoka voices Little Johnny in the animated series, and you can watch the new character trailer below.

A world where outstanding heroes are applauded. Here, “trust” creates superheroes. If people believe “he can fly,” he will gain the ability to fly. Conversely, even if a hero has special powers, if he loses trust, he will also lose his powers. Trust is collected as data, and the ranking of heroes changes depending on the value.
